Netflix India has announced a new reality series titled Social Currency, which will premiere on June 22.
Touted to be an influencer survival challenge, the official synopsis of the show reads, "Eight social media stars forgo their fame and followers as they vie for the title of ultimate influencer in this unpredictable reality show.”
The show is presented by SOL Production Pvt Ltd and will feature Parth Samthaan, Bhavin Bhanushali, Ruhi Singh, Vagmita Singh, Rowhi Rai, Mridul Madhok, Sakshi Chopra, and Aakash Mehta.
Social Currency will feature these eight influencers spend 21 days together, as they will prove their best skills on social media, albeit without their verified account handle. The show is helmed by Sagar More and created by Fazila Allana, Kamna Nirula Menezes, Chad Greulach, Sanvari Nair, Meghana Badola.
