Swara Bhasker announces pregnancy

Actor Swara Bhasker announced her pregnancy via a social media post on Tuesday. Sharing photos of herself, flaunting a baby bump, along with husband Fahad Zirar Ahmad, she wrote that she is “blessed, graceful, excited” to “step into a whole new world”. In the photos, the couple can be seen sitting on a terrace looking at the skyline as Fahad caresses Swara’s baby bump. Swara is seen in a pink dress while Fahad is wearing a beige shirt.

The actor also stated that the baby is due in October. “Sometimes all your prayers are answered all together! Blessed, grateful, excited (and clueless! ) as we step into a whole new world! @FahadZirarAhmad #comingsoon #Family #Newarrival #gratitude #OctoberBaby.”

The actor registered her marriage with activist and state president of Samajwadi Party’s youth wing, Fahad Ahmad in February. She had shared the news on her social media accounts and wrote, “Sometimes you search far & wide for something that was right next to you all along. We were looking for love, but we found friendship first. And then we found each other! Welcome to my heart @FahadZirarAhmad It’s chaotic but it’s yours!”

They later hosted a grand celebration to commemorate their union with a series of events like haldi, mehendi, sangeet, qawwali night and reception.
