Isha Talwar on being Madhuri Yadav in Mirazapur 3 

Actor Isha Talwar essays the character Madhuri Yadav in the much-acclaimed Prime Video series Mirzapur. While the series is gearing up for the third season, the actor shared some insights about the upcoming season and her role. 

Isha's character Madhuri Yadav will be seen as the widow of Munna Bhaiya (Divyenndu). In the upcoming season, Madhuri will take on Guddu Pandit (Ali Fazal) and Golu Gupta (Shweta Tripathi Sharma) to avenge her husband's death.

In a conversation with IANS, Isha reflected on her role, "Madhuri Yadav, as we already saw in season 2, had almost snatched power towards the end from Kaleen Bhaiya, essayed by the wonderful Panjak Tripathi for reasons best known to her."

On elaborating on the character, Isha added, "When you take on such an important character in the show, please expect nothing but great drama intertwined riding on big EQ! This next bit can be left for another story closer to the show because the audience is still confused about Munna's death - I know this from personal experience."

Created by Karan Anshuman, Mirzapor 3 is yet to get a release date. Apart from Isha Talwar, the series features an ensemble cast, including Pankaj Tripathi, Divyenndu, Ali Fazal, Rasika Dugal, and Vijay Varma, among others.
