Earlier, we reported that Rajshri Productions will be backing Avnish Barjatya's maiden feature directorial, Dono. The production house had announced that they would be featuring debut actors in the film.
On Monday, the makers announced that Sunny Deol's younger son Rajveer Deol and Poonam Dhillon's daughter Paloma Dhillion are set to star as the lead actors in the film. The makers, On Tuesday, released the teaser of the film.
The teaser of Dono starts by showing Rajveer and Paloma meeting each other at a wedding. The film seems to revolve around how two strangers, who meet at a wedding, fall in love with each other.
It is to be noted that Avnish Barjatya is the son of filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya. Sooraj's debut directorial, Maine Pyaar Kiya (1989) was also backed by Rajshri Productions and also marked the acting debut of Salman Khan and Bhagyashree.
The film will be backed by Kamal Kumar Barjatya, the late Rajkumar Barjatya, Ajit Kumar Barjatya, and Jyoti Deshpande of Rajshri Productions. Sooraj R Barjatya will overlook creative production for Dono. The film is set to hit theatres soon.
