Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani trailer to be out on this date

The trailer of Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt-starrer Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani is all set to drop on July 4, the makers announced on Sunday. Directed by Karan Johar, the film is slated to release on July 28. 

Dharma Productions took to Instagram with a short video to announce the trailer release date. In the caption of the announcement, they wrote, "4th OF JULY. The date when you get a closer look into Rocky & Rani’s prem kahaani as the trailer rolls out - we’re so excited for you to finally see it!"

Apart from Alia and Ranveer, the film also stars Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi and Jaya Bachchan in key roles. The cast also includes Namit Das, Tita Roy Chowdhury, Ronit Roy, Saswata Chatterjee, and Arjun Bijlani among others.

Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani marks Karan’s return to the director’s chair after seven years. Although he directed shorts in Netflix anthologies Lust Stories and Ghost Stories, the last feature film helmed by him was Ae Dil Hai Mushkil (2016).
