The trailer of Sobhita Dhulipala and Arjun Mathur starrer Made in Heaven Season 2 was unveiled on Tuesday. The second season of the Emmy-nominated series will also see Jim Sarbh, Kalki Koechlin, Shashank Arora, Shivani Raghuvanshi and Vijay Raaz reprise their roles. There are also new entrants: Mona Singh, Ishwak Singh and Trinetra Haldar.
The trailer takes us back to the world of wedding planners Tara Khanna (Sobhita) and Karan Mehra (Arjun). After the happenings of season 1, Tara and Adil (Jim Sarbh) are going through a divorce and Tara isn’t happy with the terms. Karan, Tara, Kabir Basrai (Shashank) and Jaspreet Kaur (Shivani Raghuvanshi) are trying to sustain their wedding planning business with help of Jauhari (Vijay Raaz). Mona Singh is also introduced as Bulbul Jauhari, the new auditor of the business. This time the guest stars consist of Mrunal Thakur, Radhika Apte, Dia Mirza, Neelam Kothari, Shibani Dandekar, Sanjay Kapoor, Samir Soni, Pulkit Samrat, Vikrant Massey, Elnaaz Norouzi, Imaad Shah, Sarah Jane Dias, Shrishti Behl, Neil Bhoopalam, Lillete Dubey, fashion designer Sabyasachi and even Anurag Kashyap.
The series episodes are directed by Alankrita Shrivastava, Nitya Mehra, Reema Kagti, Zoya Akhtar and will also see Neeraj Ghaywan as the new addition to the director’s chair.
