Lord Curzon Ki Haveli, starring Arjun Mathur and Rasika Dugal, was shot completely on a single lens (35mm) camera. The film is the directorial debut of actor Anshuman Jha, who was last seen in Lakadbaggha (2023). Starring Zoha Rahman, Paresh Pahuja, Tanmay Dhanania and Garrick Hagon, Lord Curzon Ki Haveli is written by Bikas Mishra.

"Anshuman had made the choice on the writing table itself that he will shoot the film on a single lens,” said Bikas. The two cinematographers on Anshuman’s debut directorial - French DOP Jean Marc Selva(AFC) and Indian DOP Ramanuj Dutta - called it a “brave and ballsy choice” “He had a very clear vision of the film and is not afraid to take risks as an artist,” said Jean-Marc.

“While I had many lens options at my disposal, I chose a single-lens narrative as I wanted it to be as close to the human vision as possible. 35mm gave me that. A single-lens film has a subconscious viewing effect. And I wanted the film to not just look but feel cohesive, with a consistent point of view driving the finished piece. Lord Curzon Ki Haveli is a contemporary homage to my favourite film-maker Alfred Hitchcock and his classic film The Rope,” said Anshuman.
