Madhuri Dixit recently purchased an apartment worth Rs 48 crore in Mumbai’s Lower Parel locality. As per an Indian Express report, the apartment is located on the 53rd floor of Indiabulls Blu, a luxurious building complex.
The property was registered on September 28, 2022, the report added.
As per the Indiabulls website, the residential property is set in an area of 10 acre and offers spectacular views of the Arabian Sea. It boasts of large swimming pools, a football pitch, a gym, spa, club, and many more facilities.
Madhuri signed the sale conveyance deed in September with the seller Calleis Land Development Private Limited, and paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.4 crore. The flat is spread over 5,384 sq ft of area, and comes with seven car parking spaces.
On the work front, Madhuri will be seen in Maja Ma, which will be released on Prime Video on October 6. She was last seen in the web series The Fame Game and the film Kalank.
