Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 teaser: The stage is set, the players are ready to wrestle for control of New York in the teaser for season two of Daredevil: Born Again. While an Indian release date is yet to be confirmed, the second season is expected to premiere on JioHotstar, on the same day as its international release, March 24.
The teaser for Daredevil: Born Again offers an insight into the return of Krysten Ritter return as Jessica Jones. Ritter first essayed the role in Netflix's Jessica Jones, and last played the role in the third season of the show, which was cancelled. With Ritter returning, one can expect the return of Mike Colter as Luke Cage and Finn Jones as Danny Rand/Iron Fist.
One surprising return for the second season is Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson. While the character died in the first episode of the first season, there is no explanation of how he returns.
Dario Scardapane, Chris Ord, and Matt Corman have created Daredevil: Born Again. Returning for the second season are Charlie Cox as Matthew Murdock/Daredevil, Vincent D'Onofrio as New York's Mayor Wilson Fisk/Kingpin, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Ayelet Zurer as Vanesa Fisk, Wilson Bethel as Benjamin Poindexter/Bullseye, and Margarita Levieva as Heather Glenn. Matthew Lillard is joining the season as Mr Charles, with Lili Taylor also part of the cast.
Jon Bernthal will not be reprising his role as Frank Castle/The Punisher for the second season. But he will appear as The Punisher in Spider-Man: Brand New Day and a television special, which he co-writes with Reinaldo Marcus Green, who will direct, the special.
