

The first trailer of Masters of the Universe has been released by the makers. Starring Nicholas Galitzine as He-Man, the film is set to be released on June 5.
Masters of the Universe is directed by Travis Knight, who has previously directed Kubo and the Two Strings (2016) and Bumblebee (2018), among others. Knight directs the film from a screenplay by Chris Butler. Amazon MGM Studios is producing the film with Sony Pictures distributing the film internationally.
The cast of the film also includes Camila Mendes as Teela, Jared Leto as Skeletor, Alison Brie as Evil-Lyn, Idris Elba Man-At-Arms, Sam C Wilson as Trap Jaw, Hafthor Bjornsson as Goat Man, Kojo Attah as Tri-Klops, Morena Baccarin as Sorceress of Grayskull, Johannes Johannesson as Fisto, James Purefoy as King Randor, Charlotte Riley as Queen Marlena, Jon Xue Zhang as Ram-Man, Sasheer Zamata as Suzie, and Christian Vunipola as Hussein.
Prince Adam (Galitzine), who has been away from Eternia for 15 years, is helped to find his way back by the Sword of Power. He finds out that his home his under attack by the evil forces led by Skeletor. With the Sword of Power, Adam becomes He-Man, the most powerful man in the universe, who sets out to save Eternia.
