

Nancy Meyers' upcoming film is expanding its cast, as Penelope Cruz, Jude Law, Emma Mackey, and Owen Wilson, join the film. They join Kieran Culkin, who was confirmed to be part of the film, earlier.
According to Variety, the upcoming film, is a version of her project Paris Paramount, which Meyers was working on in 2023. Writing about Paris Paramount in 2023 on Instagram, Meyers described the film to be about "a group of people making a film and the magic and mystery of what we do."

The upcoming film will be Meyers first feature film since 2015's The Intern. Starring Robert De Niro and Anne Hathaway in the lead, the film chronicles the relationship between the young founder of a fashion startup and an intern, who is unexpectedly a senior citizen. The Intern was set to be remade in Hindi with Rishi Kapoor and Deepika Padukone, essaying the role of De Niro and Hathaway respectively. After Rishi Kapoor's death, Amitabh Bachchan was set to take on the role. The remake is not under active development, currently.
