
Earlier we reported that Bad Day, had added Ed O'Neill, Danielle Brooks, and John Higgins to the cast. Now Rhenzy Feliz, Jessica Belkin, and Emma Pearson have joined the cast of the film.
Jake Szymanski, who has served as a director on Brooklyn Nine Nine and Jury Duty, is directing the film, from a script by Laura Solon. Solon developed the script for the film along with Beau Bauman. The film is produced by Bauman, with Solon and Mark Moran serving as executive producers on the series. Good One Productions is backing the series.
According to Deadline, the film will follow the story of a single mother who fights to keep a promise that she made to her daughter.
Feliz played the role of Victor Aguilar in the 2024 miniseries The Penguin. The series is set within the world of Matt Reeves' The Batman. Colin Farrell reprises his role as Oz Cobb/The Penguin from The Batman. Cristin Milioti, who essayed the role of Sofia Falcone, won an Emmy for her performance in the series. Meanwhile, Feliz will star in David Leitch's How to Rob a Bank.
