

The other day, Prime Video dropped the first official trailer for Fallout Season 2, teasing a major battle that lies ahead on the wasteland. This time around, the series is set in New Vegas, an important place in the eponymous video game that inspired the show. Walton Goggins, who comes back as the Ghoul, says early into the trailer that he "wastelanded for 200 years" and kept himself alive only to find his family. Another character replies to the Ghoul, saying, "Well, then. You’re gonna need friends. There’s a war coming."
Besides Goggins, series regulars such as Ella Purnell, Aaron Moten, Moisés Arias, Frances Turner, and Kyle MacLachlan come back for the upcoming season. Fallout Season 2's trailer also offers a first-look at the new inclusions in the series, such as Macaulay Culkin and Kumail Nanjiani. According to the official description, "The new season will pick up in the aftermath of season one’s epic finale and take audiences along for a journey through the wasteland of the Mojave to the post-apocalyptic city of New Vegas."

Lisa Joy and Jonathan Nolan also act as executive producers. Fallout's first season has garned over 100 million audiences around the world, making it one of the most-viewed titles on Prime Video. Every episode of the first season is on the streaming platform. Meanwhile, Fallout Season 2's first episode is set to release on December 17; each week, there will be a new episode drop on Prime Video until the final one on February 04 next year.
