The official runtime depends on whether Cameron makes last-minute changes or not. If the present runtime stays, it would make Fire and Ash the longest film in the Avatar franchise. As of now, Avatar: The Way of Water holds the distinction of being the longest instalment in the franchise, clocking in at 3 hours and 12 minutes.
