Hide and Don't Speak, the horror film from the makers of Nicholas Cage Longlegs, adds Tanner Buchanan, Quvenzhane Wallis, and Garrett Wareing, reports Variety. The film is based on the online game Hitori Kakurenbo.

In Hide and Don't Speak, six teenagers play Hitori Kakurenbo, where the participants have to summon a malevolent spirit for a dangerous game of hide-and-seek.

Tanner Buchanan is known for his roles in Cobra Kai, Designated Survivor, and How to Date Billy Walsh. Garrett Wareing was recently seen in Netflix's Ransom Canyon. For her debut performance in Beasts of the Southern Wild, Quvenzhane Wallis was nominated for an Oscar at nine years old, making her the youngest Oscar nominee in history.

Directed by Alexander J Farrell, Hide and Don't Speak is made from a script by Farrell and Greer Ellison. Tom Daley, Noah Reich, and Oliver Riddle are the film's executive producers. Fred Berger, Matt Coastsworth, and Brian Kavanaugh-Jones are producing the film. Range Media are backing the film with Mister Smith Entertainment.

Alexander J Farrell's Hide and Don't Speak is currently in the pre-production stage, with production being planned to begin later in 2025.
