The trailer for The King of Kings, the upcoming animated Christian film written and directed by Seong-ho Jang, was unveiled on Monday. The film is inspired by the short story The Life of Our Lord by Charles Dickens.

The official description of The King of Kings reads, "A father tells his son the greatest story ever told, and what begins as a bedtime tale becomes a life-changing journey. Through vivid imagination, the boy walks alongside Jesus, witnessing His miracles, facing His trials, and understanding His ultimate sacrifice. The King of Kings invites us to rediscover the enduring power of hope, love, and redemption through the eyes of a child."

The ensemble voice cast of The King of Kings comprises Kenneth Branagh as Charles Dickens, Uma Thurman as Catherine Dickens, Mark Hamill as King Herod, Pierce Brosnan as Pontius Pilate, Roman Griffin Davis as Walter Dickens, Forest Whitaker, Ben Kingsley, Oscar Isaac as Jesus Christ, and Ava Sanger.

Produced by Mofac Studios and distributed by Angel Studios, The King of Kings is all set to hit theatres for Easter on April 11.
