Fans of Twilight movie series can rejoice as all five movies in the franchise are re-releasing in theatres this October. The news was officially confirmed by the Instagram page of the film which teased that "Forever begins again", sharing a poster featuring actors Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner.
An exact date for the release has not been specified but the makers wrote, "Tomorrow," sparking curiosity among fans. There are also speculations about a new film in the making. It is also unsure if the films will return to Indian theatres.
The film series, adapted from Stephenie Meyer’s bestselling novels, follows the romance between Bella Swan and Edward Cullen, a vampire. As Bella comes to terms with Edward’s true nature, their relationship faces challenges from rival vampires, a pack of werewolves, and her growing bond with Jacob, who himself is a werewolf. The saga spans five movies: Twilight (2008), New Moon (2009), Eclipse (2010), Breaking Dawn – Part 1 (2011), and Breaking Dawn – Part 2 (2012).
The ensemble cast included Billy Burke, Peter Facinelli, Elizabeth Reaser, Nikki Reed, Kellan Lutz, Ashley Greene, Jackson Rathbone, Justin Chon, Anna Kendrick, Michael Welch, Christian Serratos, and Sarah Clarke.
