As the fate of Joel, Pedro Pascal's character in The Last Of Us, has met a dreaded end in the second season, Bella Ramsey has already moved to their choices for another collaboration.
As per a report on Variety, Ramsey opened up about their ideas for another film at the HBO Emmys nominees event in Hollywood. "I think maybe like a heist movie where we’re robbing a bank together," they said.
With Pascal's recent turn as Reed Richards in Fantastic Four: First Steps, Ramsey also spoke about their superhero aspirations. “I could be Spider-Man. Tom Holland did a great job, though. So maybe they do need to make a new [superhero] for me.” They are a newbie when it comes to the superhero genre, as they recently got introduced to the world with an Andrew Garfield Spider-Man film. They said they found it "incredible", adding “It was the first time I watched a Marvel film, and that was two or three months ago.”
Interestingly, Ramsey also revealed that they're almost always asked about Pedro Pascal. “It’s, ‘How is Pedro Pascal? Is he as nice as he seems?' That’s mostly what people ask me, and the answer is, ‘Yes.’… He’s here, and I have not seen him in so long. I’m looking around, trying to find him.” Further, they divulged what their texts with Pascal comprise. “Most of our texts consist of, ‘Where in the world are you? I’m here; are you there? Oh, we just missed each other.’”
Bella Ramsey, known for their portrayal of Ellie in The Last of Us, has been nominated for an Emmy Award for the second consecutive year. The series itself is up for 17 awards at the Emmys, taking place on September 14. Meanwhile, Ramsey revealed that there are no scripts or filming dates yet for Season 3.
