
Topher Grace, known for his role in Spider-Man 3 (2007), is the latest to join the cast of Chris Rock's untitled film. Grace was recently seen in Flight Risk alongside Mark Wahlberg and Michelle Dockery.
As reported earlier, the film will be led by Rosalind Eleazar, and will also star Adam Driver, Anna Kendrick, and Daniel Kaluuya. Rock, who will also write the feature apart from directing, will also produce the film. This will be Rock's fourth directorial after Head of State, I Think I Love My Life, and Top Five.
The story of the film follows Misty Green, who will be essayed by Eleazar, an actor with talent, who is offered a chance to redeem her career, from someone she knew.
Along with Rock, David Worthen Brooks and Peter Rice are producing. Miles Alva, Nelson George, and Shaum Sengupta are serving as executive producers. A24 is the banner backing the film.
Grace who played Eddie Brock/Venom in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man 3, alongside Tobey Maguire, is also known for his roles in Spike Lee's BlacKkKlansman and That '70s Show.
