The trailer shows Sprouse as a former soldier with PTSD, who, along with his sister and several other innocent commoners, is held hostage by a revolutionist group. Despite his trauma, Sprouse's character rises to the occasion and tries to save the day by taking matters into his own hands.
The official synopsis of Aftermath reads, "A returning war veteran, stricken with PTSD, unwittingly gets trapped with his teenage sister on Boston's Tobin Memorial Bridge as a heavily weaponised group of ex-military revolutionists take everyone hostage."
Aftermath also stars Nick Apostolides, Megan Scott, Jeff Bouffard, Thomas Brogan, Kevin Chapman, Mark Dancewicz, Jared Frenke, Heidi Garza, and Mason Gooding, among others. The film is all set to hit theatres on November 1.
