Aaron Taylor-Johnson opens up on the James Bond rumours

Rumours have been rife about Aaron Taylor-Johnson being cast as the next James Bond. In a recent conversation with Rolling Stone UK's Christina Newland, Taylor-Johnson opened up on the rumours that have been doing the rounds. In Christina's words, a "poker-faced" Taylor-Johnson said, "I can only really talk about the things I'm going to show and tell. I don’t feel like I need to have a future drawn out for me. I feel like: whatever’s drawn out for me, I can do better (sic)."

Taylor-Johnson is only one of the few actors to have been associated with the 'next James Bond' tag. Everyone from Henry Cavill to Cillian Murphy has been part of the rumour mill ever since Craig's last film in the role, No Time To Die.

Taylor-Johnson, meanwhile, has a busy lineup of films coming up, including JC Chandor's Kraven the Hunter and director Robert Eggers' much-awaited Nosferatu remake.
