AMC Networks has renewed the show Interview with the Vampire for a third season, with the final episode of the second season to release on June 30. The series adaptation of the late Anne Rice's novel Interview with the Vampire is a tale of romance and immortality between Louis de Pointe du Lac (Jacob Anderson), Lestat de Lioncourt (Sam Reid), and Claudia (Delainey Hayles), as narrated to journalist Daniel Molloy (Eric Bogosian).

In the upcoming season, the Vampire Lestat character starts a band and embarks on a tour. Meanwhile, Gabrielle, Magnus, Marius, and Nicholas join Armand, Molloy, Louis, Sam, Fareed, Raglan, and other characters on a sexy voyage across time, space, and trauma.

Interview with the Vampire season 3 also features actors like Assad Zaman, Ben Daniels, and Delainey Hayles.

“Thank you to the brilliant casts and crews of the first two seasons that got us to this day. Thank you to the rabid, beautifully unwell fandom that scaled the castle walls to get us to this day. Thank you to Dan McDermott, Ben Davis for the funds and tools to continue the great work of dramatising Anne Rice’s extraordinary novels. And sincere apologies to the family and friends of actor Sam Reid, for the possession that continues to this day. Monsieur L extends his promise to return his body upon cancellation (may that evening never come)," stated writer, creator, and showrunner Rolin Jones.

Mark Johnson, Mark Taylor, and Jones executive produced the show alongside the late Rice and Christopher Rice.
