The Fabulous Four trailer: Female friends embark on a much-needed trip

The trailer for The Fabulous Four was unveiled by the makers on Monday. The upcoming comedy film stars Susan Sarandon, Bette Midler, Megan Mullally and Sheryl Lee Ralph in titular roles.

The Fabulous Four revolves around three friends who travel to Key West, Florida, to be bridesmaids in a surprise wedding of their friend from college. The trailer shows them as middle-aged women, who are all stuck at some difficult point in their lives. This all-female trip is meant to turn their lives around.

Jocelyn Moorhouse has helmed The Fabulous Four from a script written by Ann Marie Allison and Jenna Milly. Bruce Greenwood, Timothy V Murphy, Michael Bolton and Renika Williams round out the cast of the film.

Backed by Southpaw Entertainment and Hantz Motion Pictures, The Fabulous Four is all set to hit theatres on July 26.
