Prime Video cancels Outer Range after 2 seasons

Outer Range, Amazon Prime Video's sci-fi neo-Western series starring Josh Brolin, has been cancelled after two seasons. The second season recently premiered on the streamer on May 16.

Apart from Brolin, Lily Taylor, Imogen Poots, Tamara Podemski, Lewis Pullman, Tom Pelphrey, Noah Reid, Shaun Sipos, Isabel Arraiza, Olive Abercrombie and Will Patton also star in Outer Range.

Outer Range, created by Brian Watkins, features Brolin as Royal Abbott, a Wyoming rancher fighting for his land and family who discovers an unfathomable mystery at the edge of Wyoming's wilderness - a dark void.

Charles Murray is Outer Range's showrunner and executive producer. The second season of the series premiered with seven episodes.
