More additions to the cast of The White Lotus season 3 are added. Earlier we had reported that actors Leslie Bibb, Jason Isaacs and Michelle Monaghan are part of the upcoming season. Now, the makers have added five more actors to its cast.
According to the fresh announcement, Walton Goggins, Sarah Catherine Hook, Sam Nivola, Patrick Schwarzenegger and Aimee Lou Wood have joined for the third season.
Arnold Schwarzenegger's son, Patrick, will make his mark in The White Lotus following his appearances in HBO's limited series The Staircase and The Boys spinoff Gem V. Aimee Lou Wood, who gained fame for her performance in Netflix's Sex Education, rounds out the group when the popular series came to an end after four popular seasons.
The dark comedy series comes from creator Mike White and also features Dom Hetrakul, Parker Posey and Tayme Thapthimthong.
The White Lotus is about the dynamics between the guests and employees of a fictional resort chain, called The White Lotus. The first season premiered on HBO in 2021 and was set in Hawaii, while the second season was shot in Sicily and released in 2022.
Natasha Rothwell, who featured as spa manager Belinda Lindsey in the first season, will reprise the character in the third season as well.
The series will begin production in and around Koh Samui, Phuket, and Bangkok in February and will follow a new group of guests at another White Lotus property.
"We are pleased to partner with the Tourism Authority of Thailand to execute Mike's creative vision and showcase all that the beautiful country of Thailand has to offer, as the next group of guests check in to The White Lotus," said Janet Graham Borba, Executive Vice President of Production, HBO & Max.
Mike serves as the writer and director of The White Lotus. He also executive produces the series along with David Bernad and Mark Kamine.
