Global pop sensation Dua Lipa lit up Mumbai on Saturday with a live performance that left her Indian fans ecstatic. Among the concert's highlights was her rendition of a fan-created mashup that blended her hit track 'Levitating' with the iconic Bollywood song 'Wo Ladki Jo' from Shah Rukh Khan’s film Baadshah.

This wasn’t the first time Dua Lipa showcased her admiration for Shah Rukh Khan. During her 2019 visit to India, she met the actor and posed for a memorable picture with him. Shah Rukh later shared the photo on Instagram, humorously captioning it, “I have decided to live by New Rules, and who better to learn them from but Dua Lipa herself? What a charming and talented young lady with an incredible voice. Dua, if you can, try the steps I taught you on stage!”

Dua’s electrifying Mumbai gig attracted several notable personalities, including Radhika Merchant, Anand Piramal, Ranvir Shorey, and Namrata Shirodkar. The singer, who arrived in Mumbai on Thursday, was also spotted later that evening dining with her boyfriend, actor Callum Turner.

Announcing her return to India back in August, Dua expressed her excitement on Instagram, writing, "India, I'm coming back!! My trip earlier this year reminded me of how much I adore this place. The warmth and energy from everyone I met were unforgettable. I can’t wait to perform for you in November!”

Speaking to Variety, Dua reflected on her love for touring, saying, “One of the best things about traveling is being a tourist in so many incredible places. Asia, especially India, always offers something special. Last time I visited, I met so many warm and kind people.”

This marks Dua Lipa’s third visit to India, following her 2019 performance and a recent vacation in Rajasthan earlier this year. Her connection with the country continues to grow, both through her music and her appreciation of its culture.
