
The third installment of Incredibles 3 has been announced by Pixar boss Pete Docter during Pixar's D23 session.
Incredibles returns for a third part after six years since Incredibles 2 (2018), 14 years after the first part in 2004.
Writer-director Brad Bird, who made the two parts, will be returning to direct the threequel.
The main voice cast, that includes Craig T Nelson (Bob Parr/Mr Incredible), Holly Hunter (Helen Parr/Elastigirl), Sarah Vowell (Dr Violet Parr/UltraViolet) and Samuel L Jackson (Lucius Best/Frozone), will be reprising their characters from part one and two.
The super-successful franchise has collected over $1.8 billion globally, with the first film grossing $630 million and its sequel earning $1.24 billion.
The third film is yet to get a release date, with the plot details kept under wraps.
