Singer and actor Rita Ora, former NFL star Marshawn Lynch and Rogue Heroes star Jack O’Connell are set to join Joe Cole (known for his role in Peaky Blinders) in action-thriller He Bled Neon. According to Deadline, the film will be shopped to buyers at next month's edition of the Cannes Film Festival.

Helmed by Drew Kirsch in his directorial debut, He Bled Neon stars Joe Cole as Ethan who travels to Las Vegas for his estranged brother's funeral. He soon descends into the city's seedy, neon-lit underworld to find out the truth behind his brother's mysterious death.

Drew Kirsch was known for directing music videos for Shakira, John Legend, Imagine Dragons, and most famously Taylor Swift in 'Lover' and 'You Need To Calm Down'.

With more UK top 10 hits than any other British female solo singer, Ora is a popular film star who has starred in Twist, Fifty Shades of Grey, and Pokémon Detective Pikachu. She is presently a panellist on The Masked Singer. She'll be starring on Disney+ in Descendants 4: The Rise of Red shortly. She is next slated to star alongside Robert De Niro and Jamie Foxx in the thriller Tin Soldier.

Lynch is a former NFL All-Pro running back who won a Super Bowl with the Seattle Seahawks. Following his retirement, he has performed in a few television shows, including Westworld, No Script, and Murderville, and most recently Bottoms. He also has been cast in With Love with Mustafa Shakir, Cam Gigandet, André Eriksen and Lio Tipton.

With a script written by Tim Cairo and Jake Gibson, He Bled Neon's story comes from XYZ co-founder Nate Bolotin, who based it on his own experiences growing up in Las Vegas. XYZ Films will produce alongside frequent collaborator Two & Two Pictures.
