Keke Palmer in talks to join the cast of God's Unknown

Stefano Sollima's (Without Remorse) next directorial, the action thriller titled God's Unknown, is in talks with Keke Palmer (Akeelah and the Bee) to star, as per a report on Deadline.

Set in Central Africa, God's Unknown is written by Andrew Barrer and Gabe Ferrari. A rebel leader with a mysterious reputation for supernatural powers is rallying people to his cause, forming a powerful movement that blends religion and politics. Unconvinced by the rumours, the CIA sends an analyst with a team of highly trained soldiers to investigate the leader and their growing influence.

If Palmer is roped in, she will play the role of an agent with the CIA's political action group, Kate Vance.

Last seen in Jordan Peela's 2022 film, Nope, Palmer also had a voice role in Under the Boardwalk (2023), and the recently released romantic drama musical This Is Me... Now: A Love Story starring Jennifer Lopez. Coming up, she has Aziz Ansari's comedy film, Good Fortune, also starring Keanu Reeves and Seth Rogen.
