Jesse Eisenberg's A Real Pain sets Fall release date

Actor-turned-filmmaker Jesse Eisenberg's dramedy A Real Pain, is all set to hit theatres on October 18. The announcement was made by the makers, Searchlight Pictures, on Tuesday.

Kieran Culkin stars alongside Eisenberg, who has also penned the script of A Real Pain. The duo will feature as David and Benji, who take a trip to Poland to honour their grandmother, but the journey stirs up old family conflicts alongside memories of the past.

Jennifer Grey, Will Sharpe, Kurt Egyiawan, Liza Sadovy, and Daniel Oreskes round out the cast of A Real Pain. Ali Herting, Dave McCary, Ewa Puszczynska, Jennifer Semler, Eisenberg, and Emma Stone are the producers of the project.

Jesse Eisenberg recently had the world premiere of Sasquatch Sunset at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival on January 19. The film is a surreal comedy directed by David Zellner and Nathan Zellner and is slated to be released by Bleecker Street on April 12. Coming up, he has I’ll Be Right There, on which he serves as an executive producer.
