Sympathy For The Devil's first look is out

Nicolas Cage and Joel Kinnaman-starrer Sympathy For The Devil's first look has been released by Deadline. Directed by Yuval Adler, the film is billed as a psychological thriller.

The first look image shows Nicolas Cage exhibiting animated laugher and Joel Kinnaman looking at him confusedly.

Written by Luke Paradise, Sympathy For The Devil follows a driver (Kinnaman) who encounters a mysterious passenger (Cage) one day, leading to a possibly horrific incident as the ride progresses. The official plot reads: "A driver finds himself in a high-stakes game of cat and mouse after being forced to drive a mysterious man, "The Passenger." As their white-knuckle ride progresses, it becomes clear that not everything is as it seems."

Allan Ungar and Nicolas Cage are producing the film alongside Hammerstone Studios' Alex Lebovici, Stuart Manashil, and David Haring.

Nicolas Cage recently produced and starred in Neon's 2021 film Pig and played a fictionalized version of himself in Lionsgate's 2022 comedy The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent.

Joel Kinnaman currently stars as the lead in Apple TV+'s sci-fi series, For All Mankind. Next up, he will star in John Woo's action-thriller Silent Night and Brad Anderson's The Silent Hour.

The film does not yet have a release date
