A Haunting in Venice gets OTT release date

A Haunting in Venice is getting a digital release just in time for Halloween. The murder mystery which hit theatres in September, is releasing on Disney+ Hotstar on October 31.

Sharing the news, the OTT platform wrote, "Meet the suspects. Find the clues. Discover the truth. Experience Hercule Poirot's most haunting case yet in A Haunting In Venice on October 31."

A supernatural thriller, the film is based on Agatha Christie’s "Hallowe’en Party". Kenneth will play the role of the famous detective Hercule Poirot, along with the cast comprising of Kyle Allen, Camille Cottin, Jamie Dornan, Tina Fey, Jude Hill, Ali Khan, Emma Laird, Kelly Reilly, Riccardo Scamarcio, Michelle Yeoh.

A Haunting in Venice is set against the backdrop of Venice in the post-World War II period. It follows Poirot, a famed sleuth who has now retired. As he attends an event at a haunted palazzo, one of the guests is murdered and it is up to him to crack the case.

The screenplay is written by Michael Green with the film backed by Kenneth Branagh, Judy Hofflund, Ridley Scott, and Simon Kinberg. Louise Killin, James Prichard, and Mark Gordon serve as executive producers.
