Joaquin Phoenix's new image from Joker: Folie a Deux is out

Joker: Folie a Deux, the sequel to the 2019 film Joker, has been in the spotlight since the film's announcement. Featuring Joaquin Phoenix as Joker and Lady Gaga as Harley Quinn, the hype for the upcoming film keeps escalating with every new information that surfaced online, including the images and even location pictures. Setting the hype intact, Todd Phillips, the helmer of the film, released a new image featuring Joaquin Phoenix through his Instagram handle. 

The new image shows Joaquin Phoenix drenched in the rain and surrounded by people with colourful umbrellas. 

Penned by Todd Phillips and Scott Silver, the film's further details and plot have yet to be released. Joker: Folie A Deux also stars Sophie Dumond, Brendan Gleeson, Catherine Keener, Jacob Lofland, and Harry Lawtey

It is to be noted that the original film, Joker, secured 11 Oscar nominations and won Best Actor to Phoenix and Best Original Score.
