Netflix unveils first look of Dead Boy Detectives

The first look of Netflix's upcoming series Dead Boy Detectives, was unveiled by the streaming platform recently. The series will premiere sometime in 2024.

Based on the Vertigo comics by Neil Gaiman and Matt Wagner, the series stars George Rexstrew and Jayden Revri. The actors will be portraying the role of best friends Edwin Payne and Charles Rowland who solve paranormal cases.

The upcoming series will be part of the Sandman universe with the characters first introduced in the comics as early as 1990s.

Jenn Lyon, Briana Cuoco, Ruth Connell, Lukas Gage and David Iacono are also part of the cast, with Steve Yockey developing the series. Steve will also serve as the show runner along with Beth Schwartz.

A release date for Dead Boy Detectives is yet to be announced.
