Sets of Alec Baldwin's Kent State will not have guns

The sets of actor Alec Baldwin’s next film Kent State will not have any guns irrelevant of the nature of the project’s nature. Kent State is set against the backdrop of the 1970 war protest shootings.

Kent State is the project that is coming after Alec finished with Rust which is notoriously known for its accident that took place on the sets. Cinematographer of the film Halyna Hutchins was killed and director Joel Souza was injured after a misfire of the gun took place on the sets in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

The upcoming film is based on the tragic real events that took place after the Ohio National Guard fired into a crowd of student protesters. The incident left four killed and seven injured n 1970.
