The second season of The Bear is all set to premiere on Hulu on June 22, the makers announced on Monday.
The series revolves around a young and classically-trained chef who comes back to Chicago in order to run his family business of Italian beef sandwich shop, following his brother's death. The second season will focus on the restaurant opening. The cast of the series includes Jeremy Allen White, Ebon Moss-Backrach, Ayo Edebiri, Lionel Boyce, Lize Colon-Zayas and Abby Elliott, among others.
The show is created by Christopher Storer. The Bear season two will exceed the first season by two episodes and will have 10 episodes.
The first season of The Bear was nominated for Best Comedy Series at Critics' Choice Awards and Golden Globe Awards. Jeremy Allen White won Best Actor in a Comedy Series at the Critics' Choice Television Awards, Golden Globe Awards, and Screen Actors Guild Awards.
