Actors Hannah Waddingham and Octavia Spencer will be starring in an upcoming comedy series hailing from creator Tessa Coates. The actor will also serve as the executive producer. The series, yet-to-be titled, hails from creator Tessa Coates and will stream on Prime Video.
The series will consist of eight episodes and revolves around two best friends. While both of them seem to know everything about the other, one of them has been hiding their double life as an assassin.
It is backed by Skydance Television, Andy and Barbara Muschietti’s Double Dream and Spencer’s Orit Entertainment.
“I was in as soon as I heard Tessa’s stunning pitch. To be able to dive into a role like Debbie is rare, and working with Hannah to bring this unique friendship to life is a dream," said Octavia.
