Trailer of sci-fi thriller I.S.S. out

The first trailer of the sci-fi thriller I.S.S. starring Ariana DeBose and Chris Messina has been unveiled. The film is helmed by Gabriela Cowperthwaite, from a Blacklist script from Nick Shafir. 

The official logline of I.S.S. reads, "Tensions flare in the near future aboard the International Space Station as a worldwide conflict breaks out on Earth. Reeling from this, the astronauts receive orders from the ground: take control of the station by any means necessary." The trailer shows how a world war on Earth, has forced astronauts of America and Russia to be pitted against each other in space. 

The film had its world premiere at the 2023 Tribeca Film Festival. The film also has  Pilou Asbaek, John Gallagher Jr., Costa Ronin, and Masha Mashkova as a part of its stellar cast. It is set to be distributed by Bleecker Street. The film will mark the second collaboration between the director and Bleecker Street as they previously worked on 2017’s Megan Leavey. 

The film is all set to hit theatres in the US on January 19, 2024.
