With Greta Gerwig and Margot Robbie's Barbie already one among the highest grossing films of this year, the film is set to overtake Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 2 and thus becoming the highest global release for Warner Bros. It is to be noted that the film holds the first place for any Warner Bros production to mint the most domestically.

Barbie had collected $18.2 million over the weekend in the international screens and thus pushing its worldwide gross to $1.34 billion. Barbie is also expected to dethrone The Super Mario Bros. Movie to hold the first place at global box office this year.
