Jamie Foxx to play God in Not Another Church Movie

Jamie Foxx is aboard the cast of the upcoming comedy film, Not Another Church Movie. The Oscar-winning actor is set to play the role of God, alongside Mickey Rourke who will be playing the Devil. The film comes from writer-director, Johnny Mack. 

The film is headlined by Kevin Daniels of Sirens fame along with Vivica A. Fox, Tisha Campbell, Jasmine Guy, Kyla Pratt and Lamorne Morris. Daniels plays the role of an ambitious young man, to whom God himself gives the mission of telling his family's stories and inspiring his community. However, the Devil on the other side, is brewing his own broth. 

James Michael Cummings and Jim Cardwell are producing Not Another Church Movie. Valerie McCaffrey serves as an executive producer. The makers plan to release the film by the end of the year.
