Trailer of Paul Mescal and Saoirse Ronan's Foe 

The trailer of Foe, the upcoming film starring actors Paul Mescal and Saoirse Ronan, was released by the makers on Wednesday.

Expected to be a science fiction thriller, Foe is set in near future and is said to have elements of horror and suspense. Foe is an adaptation of Iain Reid's 2018 novel by the same name.  The film is directed by filmmaker Garth Davis, who previously made Lion (2016). 

Foe trailer shows the film set in near future with the lead actors playing husband and wife, residing in rural area. While their lives go unpertubed, a mysterious man shows up, claiming to be sent by government. As he asks the husband to go on a two-year mission amid the dilemma of love he has for his wife, the stranger comes up with the idea of preparing a clone of the husband while he is gone.  Aaron Pierre plays the stranger.

The film will hit the theatres on October 6.
