Akshay Kumar's Pad Man trailer is out

The trailer for Padman starring Akshay Kumar, Radhika Apte, and Sonam Kapoor has officially been released. The film narrates the real-life story of Arunachalam Muruganantham, a social activist from Tamil Nadu, who created a low-cost sanitary napkins machine and also created awareness on the need for menstrual hygiene in rural India.

Directed by R. Balki with cinematography by PC Sreeram, Padman is slated to come out in theatres on January 26, 2018.
