In this interview with senior journalist Kaveree Bamzai, Sonu Sood talks about his struggling days as an actor, how the South Indian film industry embraced him, the importance of Anushka Shetty's Arundhati, and how he sees himself in everyone who is undergoing a .

He added that this is the most special time of his life. "I thought I made my parents proud whenever I did a film, but I have truly made them proud only now. Success and failure are temporary, but these 100-odd days will stay with me forever."
