Trailer of Kalyan Ram's Bimbisara out

The makers of Kalyan Ram-starrer Bimbisara have unveiled the trailer of the film on Monday on the occasion of the lead actor's birthday.

The two minute forty second trailer promises an action-packed fantasy tale that seems to transcend timelines. One part of the film is set in the modern day while a substantial chunk seems to have a period setting. Kalyan Ram will be seen in two roles.

From the trailer, it is also evident that a lot of care and effort has gone into recreating the mythological portions. The film also stars Catherine Tresa, Samyuktha Menon and Prakash Raj, Warina Hussain, Vennela Kishore, Brahmaji, and Srinivasa Reddy in prominent roles.

Written and directed by Vashist, Chota K Naidu has served as the director of photography while MM Keeravani and Chirrantan Bhatt have handled music.

Produced by NTR Arts, the film is set to release August 5.

Kalyan Ram's last theatre release was Entha Manchivadavuraa and he has a pan-India film titled Devil: The British Secret Agent coming up next.
