Anupama Parameswaran's Butterfly to release on this date

The makers released the trailer of the film

The trailer of Butterfly, the upcoming Telugu film starring Anupama Parameswaran in the lead role was released by the makers on social media on Tuesday. The film will be skipping a theatrical release and will premiere on Disney+ Hotstar on December 29.

Helmed by Ghanta Satish Babu who has also written the film, Butterfly is backed by Ravi Prakash Babu Bodapati, Prasad Tiruvalluri, and Pradeep Nallimelli. Aside Anupama, the film also features Bhoomika Chawla, Nihak Kodhaty and others in pivotal roles.

Anupama's Butterfly trailer introduces the film to be a thriller which will centre on a kidnap of two children. As Anupama's character goes to all lengths to find their whereabouts, the trailer features several intercuts of Operation Butterfly in search of the kids, with Bhumika playing a lawyer.

Meanwhile, Anupama was last seen in the hugely successful Karthikeya 2. The actor is awaiting the release of 18 Pages and has Tillu Square in the making.
