Title of Anushka-Naveen film announced

We had previously reported that Anushka and Naveen Polishetty will be teaming up for a romantic comedy directed by debutant Mahesh Babu P. The makers of the film revealed the title of the film on Wednesday. The film is titled Miss Shetty and Mr Polishetty. The announcement was made along with a new poster featuring the lead actors, with the design indicating that they hail from different worlds. Anushka can be seen holding a book titled Happy Single.

The makers shared that the shooting of the film is complete and post-production is progressing at a brisk pace. It has also been announced that the film will also be releasing Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam with the same title. Produced by UV Creations, the film will be hitting theatres this Summer.

Anushka was last seen in the 2020 thriller Nishabdham. On the other hand, Naveen, in addition to Miss Shetty and Mr Polishetty, has Ananganaga Oka Raju co-starring Sree Leela coming up.
