Actor Jr NTR, who played Komaram Bheem in RRR, congratulated music composer MM Keeravani for Naatu Naatu's win at the Golden Globe Award in the Best Original Song category.

Taking to Twitter, Jr NTR wrote, "Congratulations Sirji on your well-deserved Golden Globes award! I've danced to many songs throughout my career, but Naatu Naatu will forever stay close to my heart."

The song, composed by MM Keeravani, bet other nominees, including Taylor Swift’s Carolina from Where the Crawdads SingCiao Papa from Pinocchio, Lady Gaga’s Hold My Hand from Top Gun: Maverick and Rihanna's Lift Me Up from Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.

Naatu Naatu has lyrics penned by Chandrabose, while Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairavaa lent their voices. Prem Rakshith choreographed the song, which won appreciation for its electrifying beats and dance moves across the world. Videos of the audience celebrating, cheering and dancing to the song during the film's screening in America have doing rounds for months now. Even earlier this week, during the film's screening at the TCL Chinese Theatre IMAX, the song was received with great enthusiasm with many patrons rushing to dance in front of the screen. Directed by SS Rajamouli, the film also stars Ram Charan.
