Vijay Deverakonda to reunite with Parasuram

Vijay Deverakonda is all set to reunite with his Geetha Govindam director Parasuram. The project was announced on Sunday, and it will be backed by Dil Raju under his home banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations. 

Announcing this update on social media by sharing a photo featuring Vijay and Parasuram with him, Dil Raju said, “Very happy to announce that we are collaborating with a blockbuster combination of Vijay Deverakonda and Parusuram Petla. Stay tuned for more updates…”

Incidentally, this will be Dil Raju’s maiden collaboration with Vijay Deverakonda, and is expected to be mounted on a large scale. Parasuram had recently helmed Sarkaru Vaari Paata, which starred Mahesh Babu and Keerthy Suresh in the lead.

Geetha Govindam (2018), Vijay Deverakonda’s last collaboration with Parasuram, was not only a blockbuster at the box office, but also cemented the actor’s popularity among the 'family audience' after his image-defining Arjun Reddy (2017).

Meanwhile, Vijay Deverakonda is all set to resume the shoot of Kushi, a romantic drama film directed by Shiva Nirvana that will feature him opposite Samantha.
