The official trailer of Eagle was unveiled by the makers of the film on Wednesday.
The 2-minute-11-second long trailer opens with a serious conversation between Navdeep and Anupama Parameswaran, as the latter is curious to know about the man most wanted by the police, gangsters, and even Naxalites.
Ravi is introduced as a ruthless assassin on a mission, someone who has transacted in Turkey, Germany and Japan. The actor can even intriguingly be seen in two different avatars, without much explanation. In one of his looks, he appears intense and rugged with a beard and long hair. In another, he sports a clean-shaven look and is dressed more contemporarily. Kavya Thapar plays his love interest in the film. At the end of the trailer, Ravi says, “God is not good, he is stubborn.”
The Ravi Teja-starrer features Anupama Parameswaran and Kavya Thapar as the female leads, with Madhubala, Srinivas Avasarala, Navdeep, Praneeta Pattnaik, Ajay Ghosh, Srinivas Reddy, Bhasha, Siva Narayana, Mirchi Kiran, Nitin Mehta, Dhruva, Edward, Maddy and Akshara essaying supporting roles.
The film is written, directed and edited by Kartik Ghattamneni. He has also been the film's cinematographer, along with Kamil Plocki and Karm Chawla. Manibabu Karanam has co-written the film, while Uthura and Raam Ravipati have been credited as the film's co-editor and co-director respectively.
Eagle is produced by TG Vishwa Prasad and co-produced by Vivek Kuchibhotla under the People Media Factory banner. Davzand is the music director of the film, with production design done by Srinagendra Tangala. Eagle is scheduled to hit theatres on January 13, 2024.
