Rama Banam Trailer: Gopichand-Sriwass' hattrick collaboration promises masala entertainment

The trailer of Rama Banam, Sriwass' upcoming directorial is out. The film, starring Gopichand and Dimple Hayathi in lead roles, also features Jagapathi Babu, Khushbu, Sachin Khedekar, Nasser, Ali, Raju Ravindra, Vennela Kishore, Sapthagiri, Kashi Vishwanath, Satya, Getup Srinu, Sameer and Tarun Arora.

Rama Banam marks the third collaboration of director Sriwass' with Gopichand. The actor-director duo have earlier worked together in Lakshyam (2007) and Loukyam (2014). The film, which is set to hit the screens on May 5, is produced by TG Vishwa Prasad and Vivek Kuchibhotla under the banner People Media Factory.

In the trailer, we see how Rama Banam is a masala entertainer in the traditional sense of the word, placing a heavy emphasis on family values, along with a message against food malpractices. The film is set in Kolkata, with Dimple Hayathi playing the role of a vlogger who falls in love with Gopichand's character. The trailer is also filled with glimpses involving one-liners and action sequences.

Rama Banam is written by Bhupathi Raja, with dialogues by Padamati Madhusudan. Mickey J Meyer is the music composer of Rama Banam, with cinematography by Vetri Palaniswamy, editing by Prawin Pudi and production design by Kiran Kumar Manne.
